Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our operational telecoms team in Dunboyne, Co. Meath.
The role purpose is to lead and promote communications and security products to key accounts, with the objective of achieving financial targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Drive revenue growth and acquire new business by identifying opportunities in the market.
* Build detailed profiles of target clients, including contacts, roles, existing systems, competitor activity, and potential opportunities.
* Set short, medium, and long-term objectives for accounts and define target lists and timelines for new business sectors and customers.
* Evaluate progress against objectives through timely reporting, including monthly sales meetings and quarterly performance reviews.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Academic qualification in business, engineering, or management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with sales techniques and solution-based selling.
* Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated success in acquiring new business and delivering solution sales.
* Experience in operational telecoms, communications, or related sectors; national rail/transport experience is desirable.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholders in a matrix organization.
