About The Role
This is a self-employed opportunity focused on professional installation and in-home customer service.
With over 50 years of heritage, Hillarys Blinds is a market leader in premium made-to-measure window furnishings across the UK and Ireland. Our Irish business continues to grow, driven by strong nationwide demand.
Working alongside our Sales Designers, you will visit customers in their homes to:
Install a range of premium products including shutters, conservatory roofs, and awnings
Ensure all installations are completed to a high professional standard
Deliver an excellent customer experience in the customer’s home
Represent the brand with professionalism and care at every appointment
This is a hands‑on role, ideal for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Full training is provided, so no previous industry experience is required.
Earnings & Structure
This is a self‑employed, commission‑based opportunity with strong earnings potential
Your earnings will reflect your time commitment and productivity

What You’ll Need
Full Irish driving licence
Access to a suitable vehicle (appropriate for tools and equipment)
Practical skills and confidence working with your hands

Good communication and customer service skills
Comfort working in a self‑employed, performance‑based environment
A willingness to learn, train, and develop installation expertise
