The Role
We're looking for a Startup Community Manager to help us grow, engage, and nurture a community of founders, startups, accelerators, and ecosystem partners across Ireland.
This role sits at the intersection of startups, community-building, content, and sustainability and is ideal for someone who loves connecting people and shaping meaningful ecosystems.

What You'll Do
Engage with Irish startup founders, accelerators, and innovation hubs
Build and manage relationships with early-stage startups featured in Sustainable Ireland
Support outreach, onboarding, and coordination of featured startups
Manage community interactions across LinkedIn and other platforms
Help plan and promote startup features, launches, and announcements
Act as a bridge between founders and the Puffin House creative team
