Sales Growth Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Manager to develop and execute a sales strategy for our Ireland region. This home-based role will involve identifying and selling technology solutions to the construction infrastructure services market.
You will report directly to the UK and Ireland Sales Manager and work closely with the Operations team, receiving personal training on the Trimble Construction Infrastructure portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Accountable for sales performance in the region, including revenue and profit targets.
* Manages regional expense budgets and maintains strong customer relationships.
* Strategic Planning: Develops a territory sales plan, plans sales activity daily, weekly, and monthly, and reports using internal CRM.
* Opportunity Management: Identifies, manages, and closes new and existing opportunities within the region.
* Collaborates with OEM and Strategic Sales to identify new business opportunities.
* Product Demonstration: Demonstrates the features and benefits of Trimble's Construction Infrastructure products to existing and potential customers.
* Consultative Sales: Performs key account management to build positive relationships with leading regional customers.
* Forecasting: Delivers regular and accurate sales forecasts to the UK Regional Sales Manager.
* Goal Achievement: Works diligently to achieve company objectives and goals, striving to improve results.
* Market Analysis: Monitors and reports on market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, specifically with customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Bachelor's Degree in a technical-related discipline, civil engineering, surveying, or related business field and/or HND in a technical-related discipline.
* Relevant experience in a construction technology-related discipline, with previous field sales experience preferred.
* Strong ability to successfully sell products and services.
* Ability to set priorities appropriate for short and long-term objectives.
* Ability to make strategic decisions and take disciplined risks.
