Key Responsibilities:
* Mise en place and service in the kitchen, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality dishes.
* Preparation of fine dining cuisine with a focus on French and European style brasserie type food, showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
* Collaboration with the kitchen team to drive innovation and excellence in culinary offerings.
* Assistance with menu planning and development, incorporating feedback and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining environment, demonstrating leadership and adaptability.
* Professional Cookery qualification or equivalent catering education/or kitchen training, highlighting expertise and knowledge.
* Food Hygiene training/experience, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe working environment.
* Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop own skills, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
