This is a remote position based in Poland, ideal for professionals ready to lead both operational and project-level change in a complex, fast-paced environment.Start date: ASAP. 12-month fixed-term contract.ResponsibilitiesProject DeliveryLead end-to-end payroll project lifecycles across global and regional scopesDrive key initiatives including new payroll setups, vendor transitions, and technology integrationsManage project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder updatesTranslate complex business and technical needs into clear, actionable deliverablesEnsure rigorous testing, quality assurance, and documentation across all implementationsContribute to post-project reviews and ongoing process improvementsOperational Payroll SupportAct as a subject matter expert during times of change, providing hands-on payroll supportTroubleshoot issues across processing, reconciliations, and vendor interactionsPartner with third-party vendors (e.g., CloudPay, local payroll providers) to ensure compliance and timely deliverySupport payroll across multiple European countries including Poland, Germany, Italy, and FranceContribute to audits, reviews, and development of payroll SOPs and controlsQualificationsMid-Senior level experience in payroll operations and projects, with exposure to global and regional payroll programsStrong project management skills: planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of complex initiativesExperience with payroll vendors and technology integrationsHands-on payroll expertise across European countries (including Poland)Ability to develop and maintain payroll SOPs, controls, and audit supportContract role; 12-month fixed-term; remote in PolandIndustries: Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting
