Job Title: Service Coordinator
Description:
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to fill this role in Dublin, Ireland. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in administration, preferably with a customer care background. You should also possess knowledge of SharePoint, Dynamics, and CRM systems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service through ticket handling, calls, and emails.
* Process applications and requests on behalf of the client.
* Grant access to systems for new users.
* Update and provide reports to internal management and the client.
* Process registrations.
* Set up new customers and ensure all documentation is in order.
* General administration tasks such as updating files and procedures.
* Update invoicing records and allocate costings.
Requirements:
* At least 1-2 years of experience in administration.
* Knowledge of SharePoint, Dynamics, and CRM systems.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Great team player.
* Excellent communication skills.
