FRS Recruitment is proud to partner with Profile Developments, a leading name in manufacturing, to recruit a HR Manager for their busy facility in Glin, Co. Limerick. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and proactive HR professional to take ownership of the HR function in a standalone, hands-on role, supporting approximately 270 employees across a dynamic production environment. You'll report directly to the General Manager and work closely with senior leadership to drive engagement, compliance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full HR function, including employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation. Manage HR administration such as contracts, onboarding, time & attendance, and personnel records. Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters. Collaborate with Accounts to process and verify payroll data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to auto-enrolment requirements. Manage work permits, statutory leave, and all employment-related compliance documentation. Build effective relationships with management, supervisors, and employees at all levels. Partner with the Health & Safety Manager and General Manager on site compliance and quality standards. Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required. The Ideal Candidate HR-qualified professional with a relevant degree or equivalent certification. Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial, hospitality, or retail environment. Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Organised and adaptable, comfortable managing diverse HR tasks in a fast-paced setting.
