Job Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of multiple product development projects, managing schedules, risks, budgets, and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver on-time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional project teams across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain disciplines.
* Apply structured project management practices including planning, scheduling, risk management, issue tracking, resource allocation, and budget control.
* Use and enforce a gate review process to drive project delivery and ensure stage-gate compliance.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
* Facilitate communication between engineering teams and internal manufacturing partners, including test engineering and new product introduction (NPI).
* Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change control processes.
