Working within a team of advisors and in a fast-paced environment the successful candidate will be a strong people person, team player and be able to manage a portfolio of clients.Your focus will be on taking the client and guiding them through the mortgage journey providing the best service possible.Responsibilities:Advising new clients on mortgage options available to themManagement and ownership of the complete mortgage process ensuring accurate entry of dataTracking of new business pipeline ensuring efficient turnaround of proposalLiaising with clients throughout the mortgage completion processEnsuring client files are complete and in compliance with policies and procedures before submittingDealing with all administration queries arising on a day-to-day basis regarding client applications and keep the manager updated on all relevant matters arisingProvide full administration support in all aspects of new business and for existing client reviewsMaintain and manage the new business pipeline ensuring it is fully up to date at all timesGrow and maintain internal and external relationships and networks of contacts which result in the generation of business leadsProspecting through network events, online, email and face to face meetingsOther duties and responsibilities as they arise that may be required in order to grow the businessGeneral office Administration and supporting teller operationsExperience:3+ years' experience in a Mortgage Advisor / Assessor / Underwriter roleStrong knowledge & experience of the full mortgage process including packaging, pipeline management etc.Strong client-facing experience is a requirement and a proven ability to build a strong client rapport.Professional approach and proven experience in a fast-paced environment.Min. APA in Home Loans and CPD up to date (QFA an advantage).Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail is a mustProficiency in MS Office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel.Highly self-motivated & ability to work on own initiativeJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €35,000.00-€50,000.00 per yearExperience:Mortgage Advice: 3 years (required)Licence/Certification:QFA / Home Loans APA (required)Work Location: In person
