2. Ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front office, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and key control.
3. Assisting with night audits, balancing cash, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
4. Providing exceptional customer service to guests by resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
5. Working collaboratively with other departments to achieve operational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of Opera PMS.
