This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of The Firm as we prepare for our second hotel opening. The Cluster Sales Manager is a client-facing role responsible for driving sales and events in the local and international markets.
The role will cover sales for one hotel while working on pre-opening sales initiatives and planning for its new luxury lifestyle property.
Key Objectives:
* To drive new accounts in local areas for accommodation, events, and food and beverage services.
* To ensure LCR and RFP account targeting aligns with company goals in this segment.
* To manage relevant agents in the leisure market and set rates in agreement with company targets.
* To work with the hotel team to review and analyse monthly reporting and identify non-performing accounts and new opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hotel/hospitality or tourism industries. They should be a highly motivated sales professional with excellent communication and organisational skills, a genuine passion for hospitality sales and marketing, and a proven track record of success.
