We are seeking a skilled Client Account Management Analyst/Associate to manage client accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams across our operational and IT departments to drive process innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of employee share plans within a team framework, providing exceptional service to clients.
* Engage with customers on operational transactions related to their share plan programs, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of satisfaction.
* Process operational transactions efficiently, including data management, reconciliation, processing, reporting, and problem-solving, to minimize risks and maximize results.
* Maintain accurate procedural documentation and processes for client companies' programs to ensure seamless transaction processing.
* Identify opportunities for system enhancements and implement projects to improve business operations as a point of contact for client accounts.
