Project Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Pharmaceutical projects outside of the M50.
* Provide strategic guidance on project management.
* Organize and oversee professional teams working on a project.
* Conduct risk assessments and ensure all project objectives are met.
* Maintain quality standards and utilize IT systems to track progress.
* Monitor sub-contractors to guarantee adherence to guidelines.
* Oversee accounting, costing, and billing to ensure projects stay within budget.
* Achieve programme goals while delivering high-quality results.
* Collaborate with the Health & Safety Department to ensure safe construction practices.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
* At least 7 years' experience working for main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.
* Prior experience as a Project Manager on building projects in Ireland or the U.K. is desirable.
* Pharmaceutical site experience is also preferred.
* Proven ability to manage large teams effectively.
