A leading international company is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join their growing operations team in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to coordinate critical inbound and outbound transportation, work closely with global suppliers and 3PLs, and contribute to key business KPIs in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily inbound and outbound transport with suppliers, warehouses, and clients. Monitor carrier performance and escalate issues when expectations are not met. Audit and approve low-value carrier invoices for timely payment. Submit and manage damage/loss freight claims. Identify and support process improvements within the transportation function. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, warehouses, and logistics providers. Maintain compliance with safety, customs, and transport regulations. Support general logistics operations and projects as needed. What You Bring Associates or Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience. Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel. Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and adaptability. Experience in hazmat or temperature-controlled transport is a plus. Familiarity with customs processes and continuous improvement initiatives is advantageous. Ideal Candidate Traits Detail-oriented and proactive.
