L'Oréal's Professional Products Division is seeking an exceptional Business Partner to take ownership of their customer portfolio, craft visionary business plans, and drive unparalleled growth across the UK.
* Cultivate strategic relationships and drive commercial success in the vibrant UK salon industry.
* Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive business plans for each account, setting ambitious targets for revenue, market share, gross booking profit, and crafting innovative trade marketing strategies.
* Drive growth by conducting insightful client needs assessments and business reviews, proactively identifying opportunities for New Product Development (NPD) and seeking out new business avenues across your territory.
* Meticulously manage the budget for your account portfolio, including sales forecasting, negotiation, promotional budgets, and sell-out budgets, with expert support from our supply chain and channel controllers.
