Accenture currently has an opportunity for a Demand Generation Managers. This person speaks directly to new Pinterest advertisers to understand their needs and requirements, then takes steps to set them up for success and start their journey with Pinterest. You would join a new team that is quickly expanding across Europe and would be instrumental in driving the roll out of this unique digital advertising solution. We partner with Pinterest to help businesses build their brand, drive online sales and drive engagement with their customers. Responsibilities
1. Speak on the phone or by video with different types of potential Pinterest Customers who are looking for help with their advertising and branding goals and try to schedule a meeting between them and a Partner Manager.
2. Email potential Pinterest Customers who you may not be able to contact directly by phone and help them with their advertising and branding goals and try to schedule a meeting between them and a Partner Manager.
3. Maintain an impeccable standard of the customer experience throughout all communication with Pinterest customers.
4. Manage the customers journey from their first contact with you all the way to booking an appointment with a Partner Manager who will help them realise their advertising, branding and engagement goals.
5. Execute Inbound and Outbound sales motions to drive incremental, net new revenue for the client.
6. Build great relationships with Advertisers coming from Outbound lead data sources.
7. Proactively identify the right business contacts in potential Advertising Partner organisations and initiate the Sales Process.
8. Outreach to advertisers using creative strategies around seasonal moments, product offerings, and more using a variety of outreach tools including email, phone, social platform messaging, etc.
9. Create sales opportunities for Partner Managers in Salesforce.
10. Work closely with the program lead to identify process improvements to increase quantity of leads, quality of leads, and speed of lead to opportunity conversion.
11. Deliver on agreed KPIs in conjunction with team needs.
Qualifications
12. Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including outstanding
13. Professional telephone and video conferencing presence.
14. Ability to organise and prioritise a high amount of leads and communications.
15. An interest in technology and social media with an understanding of online marketing.
16. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google’s G-suite collaboration and presentation tools
17. Experience of Salesforce or other CRM tools (desirable).
18. An innovative mind willing and able to contribute creative solutions to business challenges.
19. Team player/collaborative positive style with desire and ability to learn on the fly and grow with the team.
20. Deadline oriented.
21. Native level language ability in the business language of the relevant market.
22. Experiencing acting as a point of referral for complex and escalated queries.
23. Track record of achieving targets, including SLA s. Experience with performance management, people management, transition management and other key roles such as recruitment, quality management, policy communication etc
