This role focuses on the maintenance and calibration of complex electrical and instrumentation systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage site-wide calibration programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Lead the development and implementation of new calibration strategies, improving efficiency and reducing downtime.
* Collaborate with health and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless audits and inspections.
* Provide expert engineering support to maintenance teams, resolving complex issues and implementing reliable solutions.
* Develop and maintain detailed documentation for equipment, including calibration records and maintenance plans.
Requirements
* A Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in maintenance and engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and equipment failure investigation, with a strong understanding of relevant EU directives and national/international engineering standards.
