Leonard Wilson Keenan are currently looking for an experienced lettings manager to establish and grow our Lettings/Management division. LWK has established itself as one of the fastest growing estate agents in Dublin (ranked 5th largest national sales listing share by Daft). This exciting role offer the right candidate the opportunity to join an expanding company and develop their own footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Follow up on all internally generated leads for new business and secure
 * Manage entire letting process inc, qualifying prospects, preparing tenancy documentation, completing move in/move out and notice to vacate procedures, ensure compliance with all legal requirements, inc.registering tenancies with RTB
 * Build and maintain positive working relationships with owners, landlords, tenants and maintenance team
 * Property inspections
 * Maintain detailed and up-to-date property and tenant records on IT systems
Skills and Experience:
 * PSRA license C, D
 * At least 5 years experience
 * A full clean drivers license and access to a car
 * Knowledge of relevant tenancy regulations and compliance requirements
 * Ability to prioritize own workload
 * Strong communication be details oriented
 * Strong problem solving skills
 * Good administrative and IT skills (CRM Letman)
