As the Production Team Leader you will: Assist in leading, coaching, and developing a team to achieve high levels of productivity, quality, adherence to environmental, health and safety, to their full potential. Motivate your team to drive productivity improvements and improve quality (reduction of rejects and complaints) daily. Ensure your team has completed their training on time and complies with all standard operating procedures. Support the ongoing development of staff through regular coaching and feedback. Assist in the training and development of new team members, ensuring they are familiar with production processes, procedures, safety standards, and GMP regulations Act as the first point of contact for team-related concerns, ensuring timely resolution while promoting a positive workplace environment.
