Auxilia Group Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Support Analyst on behalf of our client operating in the technology industry. This is a permanent opportunity based in Dublin. The role will offer a hybrid working model.
Role
Provide first and second line support for customer queries and incidents related to business applications, including ERP systems.
Act as a customer‑facing point of contact, ensuring professional, responsive, and service‑oriented experience at all times focused on calls first approach with performance troubleshooting and resolution.
Log, manage, and progress support tickets through to resolution using the company ticketing system, in line with SLAs and internal processes.
Perform initial triage, investigation, and troubleshooting of reported issues, and read to digest log files for investigation needs, provide escalation paths where appropriate, escalating where appropriate.
Work collaboratively with support team, consultants, and delivery teams to resolve more complex issues.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in software or application support.
Qualification in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
Any prior exposure to ERP systems is an advantage.
Highly self‑motivated and proactive, with a strong appetite for continuous learning and self‑development.
Detail‑oriented with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and documentation.
Team‑focused, collaborative, and open to coaching and development.
