* Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy and goals for the EMEA Cloud Recruiting team.
* Foster a dynamic people-leadership role, nurturing the team's growth, and extending operational support to clients and the Cloud Recruiting team.
* Leverage data and market insights to influence and guide both your team and stakeholders, driving informed decision-making.
As the Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead, you will shape the overall hiring strategy to acquire exceptional talent across all business units within EMEA. You will be accountable and responsible for Regional Cloud hiring delivery, leading a team consisting of Recruiting Leads, People Managers and IC Recruiters.
