Risk & Compliance Specialist (6-Month Contract)

Position Overview
We are seeking a process-driven Risk & Compliance Specialist for an immediate 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
Risk Intake & QA: Review incoming vendor intake profiles for completeness and perform initial quality control checks before routing to risk domains.
Due Diligence Coordination: Partner with internal business sponsors and risk experts to initiate, track, and close out end-to-end vendor assessments.
Continuous Monitoring: Manage ongoing screening processes, track recurring assessments, and update internal master risk files to leverage historical data.
System Tracking: Document all workflow steps, exceptions, and compliance actions within the enterprise GRC/TPRM platform.
Business Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams navigating the risk process, managing inquiries via a shared compliance queue.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in Corporate Risk, Compliance, Procurement Operations, or Vendor Management.
Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with enterprise-level GRC/TPRM software (e.g., Aravo, Archer, OneTrust, or similar).
Data Skills: Strong Excel and data analytical skills; comfortable managing high-volume compliance trackers.
Execution: Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of meeting strict operational SLAs in fast-paced environments.
