Your Role in a nutshell
* Coffee & Food must be a PASSION
* Ensuring the highest standards of compliance with HACCP and Food Safety across the entire kitchen department
* Placing replenishment orders and managing stock control for the department
* Analysing menu items, checking GP% on any new menu items, keeping menu items current and ensuring all dishes are presentable
* Must be passionate about people, coffee and food
* Good old-fashioned cleaning
* Full training in other areas of the store will be provided, on our EPOS system and learning from our Master Baristas the art of making great coffee

* A passion for great food and coffee
* Excellent customer service skills, an exceptional high level of all HACCP, Allergen and Food Safety Protocols
* Willingness to work as part of a large team, leading this kitchen team forward at all times
* Cleanliness in all aspects of your work
* Maintain a positive attitude
Customer service must be a priority for this role We want everyone to visit us for our superior service alongside our great coffee and delicious food offering
The ideal candidate must be able to work weekends and holidays
