What does a Customer Service Partner do?
As a Customer Service Partner at Sealed Air, you'll be part of a dynamic internal sales and customer care team focused on delivering exceptional service and driving business growth. You'll manage customer relationships, coordinate orders, and support commercial activities to ensure seamless service delivery.

Coordinate artwork changes, approvals, and costings to meet service objectives.- Handle quotation requests for repeat and new business. Obtain production costs, set margins, and follow up to convert quotes into orders.- Maintain internal systems and ensure accurate data entry. Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality service and responsiveness.
Qualifications
Education: High School/Secondary education required. Experience: Experience in a similar role is ideal. Previous experience in a production-based business is an advantage.Additional Training or Certifications: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Sage or similar systems is beneficial.
