We are working with a leading healthcare organisation that is currently looking to hire a Head of Engineering & Interoperability.
This is a brand-new role that will take a strategic lead while also hiring and structuring a small team to support the strategic innovation plans over the next 5-10 years.
The company are based in the city centre and work in a hybrid with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Primary Duties This role combines deep technical execution with strategic leadership, acting as both chief architect and engineering leader, while remaining actively involved in system design, integration development, troubleshooting, and solution delivery.
The role is accountable for designing, building, and operating a highly reliable integration landscape, connecting core platforms (e.g.
EHR) with clinical, operational, and device systems, while leading enterprise application development and Dev Ops practices.
The person will be a senior technical authority responsible for hands-on leadership of digital engineering, healthcare interoperability, and omni-channel delivery across a large-scale healthcare ecosystem.
