About the Role
As a Senior Team Leader - Fresh Food, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires effective leadership and strategic thinking to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and customer experience.
* Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve their full potential.
* Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of store plans and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' supervisory/management experience in a retail or food environment.
* Proven track record of consistently delivering results and driving sales growth.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* IT literate with experience using point-of-sale systems and other retail software.
