We're Hiring: Retail Supervisor – The Farm Shop at Aillwee
We are currently recruiting a Retail Supervisor to join our team at The Farm Shop, our on-site retail outlet at Aillwee.
The Farm Shop is a vibrant hub for local artisan producers, showcasing the very best of the Burren and beyond. It is also home to our award-winning Burren Gold Cheese, which is produced on site, along with our delicious homemade fudge.
This is a hands-on retail role, combining day-to-day retail sales with the supervision of a small team of four team members, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in the retail industry
* Previous supervisory experience (desirable)
* Strong customer service and team leadership skills
Role details:
* 5 days per week, rostered over 7 days
* 20 days annual leave
* Salary to be discussed at interview stage
