Seeking Bilingual Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional support to clients. As a key member of our EMEA team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual who can effectively communicate with customers, both in English and French. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to incoming customer calls, tickets, and chats regarding product problems, service questions, and general client concerns.
You will excel at providing top-notch customer service, problem-solving skills, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and informed of any changes in company policies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the technology industry
* Bilingual fluency in English and French, with excellent written, reading, and speaking skills
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar technology
* Hands-on experience with Google Suite and MS Office tools
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Knowledge of technical troubleshooting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's Degree
* Knowledge of Keeper Security tools and applications
* Technical proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and computers
