Senior Marketing Lead
The Senior Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in amplifying brand visibility, driving sales growth, and strengthening market presence across local, national, and international markets.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and PPC platforms.
* Oversee the creation of engaging content, photography, video, and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
* Optimise the website for user experience and conversions, ensuring seamless navigation and intuitive design.
* Design and implement promotional campaigns for rooms, dining, weddings, events, and seasonal offers to drive revenue and bookings.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a consistent brand message and enhance overall customer experience.
* Monitor performance metrics, report on campaign ROI, and adjust strategies as needed to maximise results.
* Liaise with industry partners, PR agencies, and local stakeholders to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.
* Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field; Google/Meta certifications an asset.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior B2C marketing role, preferably within hospitality or luxury brands.
* Proven track record of developing and scaling digital campaigns that deliver measurable results and drive business growth.
* Expert knowledge of UX, SEO, analytics, CRM, and social media platforms to inform marketing strategies and optimise campaign performance.
* Strong ability in content creation – both visual and copywriting – to develop engaging and persuasive marketing materials.
* Results-driven with experience managing KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
