About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and professional Headspa Educator to join our rapidly growing team in Ireland.
As a certified trainer for Headspa Ireland, you will teach salons and therapists our official Headspa treatment techniques, representing Europe's leading brand in this fast-growing wellness niche.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, excels in client care, and has experience in beauty, hair, spa, or wellness.
What You Will Do
As a Headspa Educator, your responsibilities include:
Training Delivery
* Conduct 1-day and 2-day Headspa certification courses
* Teach theory, scalp analysis, client consultation, and hands-on techniques
* Provide training in group sessions or private sessions directly in salons across Ireland
* Demonstrate correct use of Headspa beds, tools, and products
* Maintain an exceptional standard of education and professionalism
Travel Opportunities
* Travel nationwide for private salon training
* Opportunity to travel and train in other parts of Europe (The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, UK, Balkans, Germany, etc.)
* All travel expenses covered for international training assignments
Client Engagement
* Guide trainees throughout the learning process
* Provide support, feedback, and product knowledge
* Represent Headspa Ireland & Hair & Nature with professionalism, confidence, and warmth
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Skills
* Background in beauty therapy, hairdressing, spa, massage, or wellness
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Confidence in teaching groups or individuals
* Professional, reliable, and punctual
* Flexible and comfortable with occasional travel
* Passion for scalp care, relaxation treatments, and client experience
Bonus Skills (not required)
Scalp or skin knowledge

* Salon management experience
(Full Headspa Method training will be provided.)
