Role Overview
At a glance, your role is to clean all areas of the hotel thoroughly, ensuring an excellent standard of cleanliness at all times to enhance the guests’ experience.
Responsibilities
* Interact politely with guests – greeting them, saying “thank you” and “goodbye”
* Service bedrooms and all other areas of the hotel in line with our standard operating procedures
* Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks as required
* Follow correct procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment
* Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the manager when more are needed
* Store all laundry correctly and complete relevant documentation
* Adhere to stock‑control procedures and maintain security of stock at all times
* Report any security issues, safety hazards, accidents, incidents and/or maintenance issues to the manager on duty
* Complete required induction, role‑specific and ongoing refresher training and contribute to continuous improvement
