* Manage and coordinate site labour forces and specialist subcontractors
* Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
* Foster positive relationships with supply chain partners and stakeholders
Requirements:
* 10 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent knowledge of building processes and regulations
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Able to work effectively under pressure
