The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading on safety and risk management. They will also oversee the development of the Health, Social, and Clinical services in response to changing healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate the quality and safety of services, identifying areas for improvement
* Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
* Ensure regulatory compliance with HIQA and HSA
* Lead on safety and risk management
* Oversee the development of the Health, Social, and Clinical services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant third-level qualification in Quality, Safety, Risk Management, or Clinical Governance
* Experience in a senior management role in healthcare
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lead change and improve performance
