About the Role

As a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our equipment and workspaces are running smoothly at all times.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of equipment and be part of a team that prioritizes health and safety best practices.

You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to maintain and troubleshoot equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a variety of site equipment.
* Conduct reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse environment.
* Utilize advanced tools to maximize equipment effectiveness.
* Maintain adherence to all health and safety policies and procedures.
* Support the development and progression of on-site apprentices.
* Participate in continuous improvement projects and implement best practices across multiple EU sites.

Day-to-Day Activities

A typical day for this role involves carrying out a range of planned preventative maintenance activities to ensure our sites' equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

You will also respond promptly to breakdowns, investigating and resolving issues as quickly as possible.

In addition, you will make suggestions for long-term improvements and collaborate with senior colleagues to undertake day-to-day maintenance tasks such as painting and plumbing.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* NFQ6 (Higher Certificate or Advanced Certificate in Engineering) or Solace/Solas level 6 mechanical/electrical/mechatronics qualification.
* Experience of planned preventative maintenance systems.
* Experience in fault finding within MHE/automation systems.
* Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
* Experience in conveyor maintenance, motor controllers/inverters.
