Overview
Peripheral Vascular Health offers a diverse portfolio of devices and therapies to restore the right blood flow to the right patient. Therapies treat patients with Peripheral and Carotid Artery Disease, End‑Stage Renal Disease, and a variety of conditions treated with Peripheral Embolization. The operating unit leads the way in the Superficial Venous, Deep Venous Stenting, and Drug‑Coated Balloon markets, caring for nearly 1 million patients globally with lifesaving and life‑enhancing therapies.
A Day in the Life
Act as an extended team member on a PDP Project, representing the Design Assurance function and reporting indirectly to the quality lead on the project.
Responsible for Risk Management and Reliability strategy and execution.
Prepare test method validations, design verification and shelf‑life protocols/reports.
Stay updated on industry best practices concerning product design.
Maintain expert knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for product design, development, transfer, and commercialization activities.
Collaborate with various departments both internally and externally to build strong partnerships.
Provide Quality input into new product development, process improvements, and change control.
Key Skills & Experience
Level 8 degree with minimum 4 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with minimum 2 years relevant experience OR PhD with 0 years relevant experience.
Established and productive individual contributor working independently on moderately complex projects and assignments.
Dynamic team player and leader who works effectively on cross‑functional teams.
Competent experience in medical device product design.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
