Job Title: Aircraft Engine Records Specialist
As an Aircraft Engine Records Specialist, you will be part of a high-performing technical services team working at the cutting edge of aircraft engine records and documentation. You will have the opportunity to support global aircraft engine leasing and maintenance operations by ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review historical and current engine documentation to create Engine Phase-Out Documentation Packages.
* Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to compile, verify, and finalize back-to-birth (Bt B) records.
* Interpret engine maintenance manuals and life-limited part (LLP) data to ensure compliance with airworthiness standards.
* Use specialized computer systems to track, review, and archive LLP documentation and engine maintenance records.
* Resolve missing or incorrect paperwork issues by coordinating with international stakeholders.
* Compile regular reports to track project status and documentation progress across multiple engines.
* Stay current with relevant Airworthiness Directives and technical documentation changes.
Requirements:
* Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to handle highly technical, compliance-driven documentation.
* Strong numeracy, analytical thinking, and technical understanding.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
* Familiarity with SAP and technical recordkeeping systems (training provided).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
* Knowledge of aircraft or engine maintenance (desirable, but not essential).
