Sous Chef Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Dock 84, a thriving cafe restaurant in Sligo. As a key member of the supervisory team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a chef, with a strong background in professional cookery and kitchen health and hygiene procedures. You will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef during service, preparing dishes to order, and cooking food to a high standard.
In addition, you will be expected to:
* Assist the Head Chef during service
* Help with kitchen health and hygiene procedures
* Train junior chefs
Working Conditions
This is a full-time permanent position, working 39 hours per week. The salary is €30,000 per annum.
