Lead Payroll Operations
Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and client focus by mentoring specialists, payroll managers, and leading end-to-end delivery of complex multi-client payrolls with accuracy, timeliness (SLAs), and adherence to all statutory and compliance obligations.
* Define the strategic roadmap for the payroll offering and execute process innovation to drive efficiency and service quality.
* Act as a senior advisor and key escalation point for external clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and high retention rates.
