We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Payroll Administrator. This is a permanent role that offers a hybrid working model, providing an ideal balance between work and personal life.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing weekly payroll using Sage Payroll software. Additionally, they will respond to payroll-related queries from employees, depot managers, and accountants. The role also involves posting weekly payroll journal entries to the accounting system, preparing weekly payroll reports for management, and supporting the Accounts Payable team with occasional ad hoc tasks. Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll exit process for departing employees.
Requirements for this role include having an IPASS qualification or 23 years of experience managing payroll for a high-volume workforce. While experience with Sage Payroll is advantageous, it is not essential. We welcome applicants with relevant skills and qualifications who are eager to take on this challenging yet rewarding role.
