Job Title: Senior Digital Transformation Leader
We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our digital transformation strategy. This pivotal leadership role drives technology alignment with business objectives and fosters a culture of innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute an IT strategy that aligns with business goals and supports long-term growth.
* Lead the development of enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps.
* Oversee business-wide digital transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable improvements.
* Inspire and guide IT teams, fostering a high-performing culture with a focus on collaboration and development.
* Drive agile working, innovation, and continuous improvement across technology operations.
* Manage IT infrastructure performance, ensuring system availability, resilience, and scalability.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' senior leadership experience in IT, preferably as a CIO or head of IT for a SME-sized organisation.
* Proven track record in leading digital transformation and innovation initiatives at a strategic level.
* Significant experience managing ERP systems, enterprise architecture, and cloud platforms.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity, governance, and compliance.
Desirable Skills:
* Familiarity with data analytics, AI, and automation technologies.
* Experience working across international jurisdictions with a willingness to travel.
