About Your New Job Maintenance and Repairs: As a Refrigeration/Catering Engineer, you will carry out both reactive and planned maintenance on commercial catering appliances, ensuring minimal disruption for clients.
On-Call Rotation: Participate in an on-call rotation approximately every sixth weekend to provide timely support.
Installation and Inspections: Install new catering equipment, conduct warranty inspections, and perform regular maintenance checks to ensure safety and efficiency.
Fault Diagnosis and Repairs: Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to commercial catering systems, ensuring smooth operation.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers and internal colleagues, responding promptly and professionally to service requests.
What Skills You Need Experience: Prior experience within the catering or engineering sector is preferred.
Certifications: Gas certification or experience is advantageous (training available if needed).
Technical Skills: Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding abilities are beneficial.
Driving Licence: Must hold a full, clean driving licence.
