We have an exciting opportunity for an
OTC / Pharmacy Manager
to join our McCartans Pharmacy team in Boroimhe, Swords.
As Manager, you will be responsible for the running of the store and managing and motivating your team.
Key responsibilities as Manager;
Drive sales of OTC and actively manage the pharmacy budget.
Ensure operations of the store are executed with excellence
Management of stock and cash in line with company procedure
Engaging actively with customers and provide a high standard in customer service.
Lead the team to be productive
Encourage staff development through delegation of responsibilities.
Administration of Store
Actively manage the team; Ensure all team members are aware and have an understanding of their role and responsibilities in the pharmacy.
What we are looking for:
Management/Senior staff experience
Retail and dispensary experience - including cosmetics
Confidence to take responsibility and makes decisions
Highly organised individual with good time management skills
Can show flexibility to getting the job done when needed
Excellent communication skills
This is a fulltime role.
