Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites.
About This Role:
* Oversee daily operations across several accommodation sites.
* Support reception, housekeeping, and maintenance supervisors.
* Ensure alignment of processes and service standards.
* Adjust staffing levels and scheduling to meet seasonal demand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Leadership:
* Champion high service standards for all guests and residents.
* Manage escalated guest issues, feedback, and incidents.
* Maintain accurate daily logs and reporting to senior management.
* Process, Systems & Compliance:
* Drive process improvements and SOP development.
* Ensure compliance with H&S, GDPR, and internal policies.
* Oversee facilities and maintenance issue resolution.
* People Management:
* Assist with recruitment, induction, and training of staff.
* Manage rotas, attendance, and performance tracking.
* Support team leads with ongoing coaching and development.
* Communication & Coordination:
* Liaise with internal departments and external partners for seamless service.
* Foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
* Safety & Security:
* Promote strong safety and emergency protocols.
* Monitor access, security, and cash handling procedures.
* Address and report hazards or incidents as required.
You'll Need:
* 5+ years' experience in hospitality, accommodation or facilities operations.
* Proven leadership in a multi-site or complex environment.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Financial awareness and operational problem-solving mindset.
* Flexibility to work evenings/weekends.
