The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the childcare sector, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role, and be passionate about working with children. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to deliver exceptional early years education and care. This includes leading, mentoring, and supporting staff in creating safe, nurturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations to deliver exceptional early years education and care.
* Lead and mentor staff in creating safe, nurturing environments.
* Collaborate with families, team members, and leadership teams to drive curriculum planning and support developmental needs.
* Manage administrative tasks, including enrollments, schedules, and records.
* Champion staff training, performance reviews, and professional growth.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in childcare, with 3+ years in a management role.
* Level 8+ qualification in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
* Belief in a play-based philosophy and ethos.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Expertise in Early Years Regulations and a play-based, child-centered approach.
