They specialise in driving business transformations, while enabling digital prowess, and enhancing execution capabilities.As part of their continued expansion in the UK and Ireland, they are seeking aChange and Transformation Director/Head of Professional Servicesto support the company's Chief Operating Officer in driving business change projects, for mid to large companies, across the UK and Ireland.This is akey leadership role in the business, which requires Governance expertise and strong hands-on experience delivering large scale Change & Transformation programmes & managing Delivery teams.This role will suit someone who is ready to leverage that experience and their leadership skills to help drive out an exciting growth strategy. Key responsibilities include:Being accountable for the successful delivery of client services and contracted deliverables across Professional Services Change & Transformation engagementsLeadership and management responsibility for Core Delivery Teams (Programme, Project Management, BA & PMO)Taking ownership of Professional Services presales engagements including initial requirements definition and high-level solutioning, effectively engaging with clients and internal stakeholdersLeading seamless transition/onboarding from Pre Sales to deliverySupport the COO to ensure the Professional Services Target Operating Model is embedded across core delivery teamsBeing responsible and accountable for the Delivery Governance Framework and the quality and consistency in standards of sameImplementation and continuous improvement of processes, methodologies and standardized services within DeliveryPlanning and managing the day-to-day activities for the core delivery teams ensuring standard operating procedures are documented and adhered to and resources are utilized in line with utilization targetsCoach and mentor team members setting clear goals, objectives and KPI'sThe ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:15+ years minimum of experience in programme management, consulting, and delivery oversight within complex client environments.Deep understanding of programme delivery, PMO, and transformation execution methodologies.Experience shaping and tailoring client centric Change & Transformation engagementsStrong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing P&L and commercial solutionsAbility to influence and engage senior stakeholders, including c-suite and Transformation LeadsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to address delivery challenges proactively and effectively.Exceptional team leadership and coaching skills, ensuring that all delivery teams are set up for success.Experience working within Consulting or Professional services firms.A Project Management qualification (Prince2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent).Apply in confidence Now to find out more.
