Strategic Agency Manager, Google Customer Solutions, Netherlands Market (Dutch, English)
Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 4 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media or working with advertising agencies.
* Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
* Ability to communicate in Dutch and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling and competitive selling.
* Knowledge of agency business models, customer retention, growth and new business acquisition for agencies
* Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics; expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing
* Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a broad-range of internal and external constituents.
* Ability to communicate in French fluently to support client relationships in Belgium
* Ability to own a portfolio in a sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.

The Strategic Agency Partnerships team is a high-performing team that drives customer success by partnering with a wide range of agencies in The Netherlands and Belgium.
In this role, you will leverage executive collaborating skills to partner with traditional media agencies and increase the value that Google media brings to your agency business and the customers businesses in order to drive revenue growth and product adoption for Google.
Responsibilities
* Build, maintain, and evolve external relationships with partners and across the ecosystem, and manage strategic partnerships with entities of all sizes.
* Develop cross-product area strategic partner initiatives and build go-to-market strategies to meet broader Google goals across rapidly changing industries.
* Ideate and drive complex deals with potential partners and renewals/expansions for existing partners and build consensus with internal and external executives.
* Serve as the relationship manager for our current existing agreements. Help realize and optimize value from these partnerships while building effective long-term relationships.
* Engage with several internal cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new features and user experiences across markets and functional areas.
