We are working with a large Irish organisation undergoing significant transformation, seeking an IT Internal Audit Manager to join their Group Internal Audit team. This role offers exposure to a wide range of business areas, involvement in strategic projects, and the opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders while maintaining audit independence. The position combines hands-on audit delivery with strategic input, in a supportive and forward-looking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver IT-focused audit assignments, from planning through to reporting
* Support the development and execution of the annual audit plan
* Provide assurance on IT governance, risk management, and internal controls
* Partner with business management to identify risks, control gaps, and improvements
* Coach and support team members while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Key Skills:
* 4+ years' experience in IT audit management, with at least 2 years at leadership level (financial services preferred)
* CISA qualification (or equivalent) required; degree in IT, information security, or related field preferred
* Knowledge of IT control frameworks such as COBIT and / or NIST
* Strong report writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and delivering independent assurance
