The ideal candidate will possess strong skills and qualifications in social care, including:
1. Hold a qualification at level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, Childcare with disability modules or other relevant disciplines.
2. Have experience working in residential, respite or day service settings with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
3. Be registered as a qualified social care professional or in the process of registration.
