Customer Service Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement payment plans for customers.
* Manage a portfolio of customer accounts.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
* Previous call center experience is desirable.

* Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Native-level English proficiency is required.
* Effective negotiation skills and IT knowledge.
